Our Sourdough Breads
As a Cottage Bakery, we do not mass produce our bread. Each loaf is handmade to order for you. We make our bread the traditional way from the development of the starter, which is the natural levain. Next, the long fermentation process gives the bread time to develop its gluten structure, builds flavor, and grows all the health benefits of sourdough. Your bread is baked and cooled properly before it is packaged. Finally, it is delivered to you. This time-honored process takes about 48 hours. In light of this, all orders received on a Sunday by 11:59 pm will be delivered by the following Wednesday. All orders received by Wednesday at 11:59 pm will be delivered the following Saturday. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time. We will try our best to accommodate you, if you have a special delivery request. We bake extra bread for those in need, so if you are in need of bread or know someone in need, please contact us. We bake for the Denton Community Food Center. These loaves are delivered on Monday and/or Wednesday each week. All loaves are shaped oval (batard) unless specified.

Our Delivery Radius

We are a cottage bakery operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law. As such, all orders placed online must be delivered to you by our team. We are currently offering delivery services to the following radius. If your address is not within the zone, but would still would like to place and order, simply choose a location (and zip code) within the delivery zone and we will accommodate you. Please use the comments sections to enter any additional details you can give use.
